Rain, rain go
away. We are really into the rainy
season and it sometimes affects our day. The morning was clear and I was able to study
with Kelly and Nicole. We usually go for
a couple of hours and it is great to have some time with them. Next, Dwaine and I went to Claudia
Veronica. She was not home, out to the
clinic. So, we walked by Celia’s and
visited with her. Terry was home, but in
bed as her heart was giving her issues for the day. Surprisingly, it was close to lunch, so we
headed on home. Dwaine was scheduled to
take Ana Vilma and Jorge back to San Antonio del Monte for wedding papers and I
was scheduled to go by Seily and on to Angelica’s for a study. It was pouring rain, really hard. I called Seily and she did not feel
good. People do not like you to come in
the rain, so we delayed. Dwaine also did
not want to make the drive in the pouring rain on curvy roads so he drove to
Ana Vilma’s to tell them they would try for Monday. So, we had a quiet afternoon….except for the
pouring rain. I worked on trying to get
the lessons for Sunday and Wednesday classes while we are gone. Arnoldo will teach the Wednesday classes and
I usually try to get the materials ready.
Having a little time to organize was a big help. Hopefully, it will give me time for printing
and cutting. Dwaine went up to the building
about 5:30 to help Cesar teach the leadership class. They had a couple to come, but it was a small
number. I picked him up about 6:45 to go
to Ricardo and Yoli’s. They had invited
us to dinner and we were looking forward to visiting with them. We stayed on to about 10 that night. After we got home, we both studied for a little
more, but went on to bed before long.
