April 7, 2016

Suleyma, Regina’s daughter and Danielito’s mom, had said that she wanted to start back going to studies with me.  So, we had scheduled a study with Tatiana, who lives next door to the church building.  She came with her younger brother Rudy.  Tatiana is only 19, so it was good to have a younger person with me.  Tatiana had come to the prayer meeting on Tuesday, so she is definitely interested in studying.  She had some background going to a church, but currently she is not attending anywhere.  She lives with her grandparents and her mom lives in Spain.  She hopes to visit her mom soon.  After the study, she said that she would like to go with a carload to Santa Ana for the teacher’s workshop.  That is great because two young people, Lisbeth and Arnoldo are both going.  After this study, I took Suleyma to her mother’s and then Dwaine and I went to Celia’s.  She is always eager to study and really likes to come to events and Bible studies.  She said she would come to the evening study.  We had our lunch break and after lunch I headed to Seyli’s to walk up to the cemetery area.  We visited with Wendy.  Dwaine and I are trying to have Wendy and Oscar over a few nights together so we are just visiting with Wendy for a few minutes.  That gave us a little longer for our study with Reina and I think we went for the long haul.  She had several comments and even though I led the study, Seyli made several great comments.  The interaction was a blessing.  For the night study, it looked like we would have a car load, so Dwaine and I split up.  Dwaine waited for Kelly, Nicole and Kiki to come by the house to take a taxi and I went up to the church area to pick up folks.  That led me to a tough one.  I waited a bit for the first until I was late for the second.  So I finally went on to the second and Celia joined me.  I walked by the third, Floramarina, but she had felt so bad during the afternoon, she had to go to the hospital.  Then, I went back to the first, and I didn’t seen them.  My lesson, is just have one meeting point for all.  Anyway, we weren’t too late and I arrived with one visitor.  Kelly and her family also were not able to come.  It was a good study by Mario.  The study was at Regina’s and it was nice to meet together.  I took some bread and Regina fixed some coffee.
