Headed out
early for Juayua so we could go door knocking. We had some good success, praise God. First we visited Julia and her study was
great. Cesar led a great study,
establishing the Word as our source of God’s will. Then we knocked some new doors and one family
invited us in. At first there were concerned that we were associated with
gangs. I think the fact that we didn’t
look like gang members, they invited us inJ. The man
did not have any religious background and the lady was Catholic, but she did
not attend regularly. We shared some verses and talked for a little bit. They took the Bible course we offer and we
pray that will be an open door for more studies. They had children that also sat in on the
study. Afterwards, we went to lunch at a
house restaurant. This family just cooks
the food in their home and serves it cafeteria style in front of their house. They have about 6 tables set up in a
courtyard that may have been a garage at one time. We got to talk to one of the sons for a
little bit and we pray that will be a possibility as we try to visit about once
a week with them. We did some
photocopying in the afternoon and went by Selectos to get the paper products
for Friday’s meeting. Then, from Regina’s
we went to visit Sister Ana and Sister Rosalidia. For our Wednesday night service we had
Josephina and Ana and her children and Rosalidia and her children. Ana is the lady we are studying with and it
was good that she came on her own since Raul could not come with her. I did the children’s class with four children
on days 1-3 on Creation. We had a house
full, so that was great.
