January 20, 2016

Old and new.  We started out the morning of studies with Charlotte heading up the hill near our old house to study with Alba.  Cesar and I went by to see Mr. Rivas who was not home and Delmy who was home but said she could not study this morning because she had to go to the school to get the government issued supplies that were being given out this morning.  We headed back up the hill to see if Rafael was home.  When we got to the main road we ran back into Charlotte because she had gotten the same story from Alba. From Charlotte, as I was walking down the hill from Alba’s, I heard people walking behind me.  A lady and her son was behind me and I waited for them to catch up.  I didn’t know her name, but I recognized her because she had been to both the ladies’ events.  I had also knocked on her door before giving out invitations.  I asked if I could come by sometime and read the Bible with her.  She said yes!  At the end of the road we separated and I walked to join Cesar and DwainOld and new. However it was a long walk and now it was dark.
