Monday meeting.
We had talked about moving meetings to every other Monday, but with the
group coming, we decided to go ahead and meet until they have come and gone. There are lots of little details to wrap up
and even some big things. I guess
probably our biggest thought was trying to combine the Juayua and Salcoatitan
event on Saturday and just do in in Juayua.
So, we are looking into that through this week Time is getting close and we are trying to be
as prepared as possible so we can focus on those ‘unforeseen things’ when the
group comes and implement all that was planned.
Monday afternoon Seily and I went to Reina’s and Amalia’s. Each of them were doing better health wise
and we had two studies. It was good to
catch them both at home. Dwaine also had
a study and we both arrived back home close to 5. We didn’t have too much time to finish
cleaning and get ready for the converts class.
I had left over nachos and cheese dip from Danielito’s party, so I didn’t
have to do any cooking. That was
good. Clifton had planned to do half the
lesson and Dwaine the other half. We had
several to come but not everyone. The
really good part was that Marina and Ana came, relatives of sister Ana. They are not Christians. They can’t read and write too well, but both
wanted to find passages and write down the scriptures. So, it was good to help them out and go slow
enough to help them. Clifton did and
good job and everyone followed all the verses and illustrations. Arnoldo helped with the kids and he always
does a good job.
