Canvasing the neighborhood. For the morning, we worked the area near the
church building to hand out our summer course invitations. This will start on Monday, November 28th
and will be two mornings a week for three weeks in Juayua and then repeated in
Salcoatitan. We will top it off with a
family breakfast to get to know more families.
That is coming down the pike in a hurry.
Dwaine is going to do the registration this Friday. We already knew some of the children we
invited, so hopefully we can get to know families too. Out doing some shopping, Dwaine passed Mauricio and he said that he thought since school was out, there should be enough time to study now. So, they set up Thursday as a possible day. For the afternoon, Ulma did not make it to Juayua. She was in Ahuachapan helping Osvaldo and Luzelena move. For a period of time they are going to live at the church building. Dwaine and I walked up
to Vilma’s but she was not home. That
does happen all along. So, we went on
home for the evening.
