They're here!!! The day for Caleb's arrival has finally arrived. I think Cesar was still worried about Charlotte and I going alone so he drew us a map to the dentist office by hand. Ricardo and Joli were picking Lucky up at 7:20 because she was coming so much earlier than Caleb and we were also afraid there would not be enough space for all the bags. We headed out about 7 and went through Sonsonate because of the road construction between Santa Anna and San Salvador. We had a super smooth trip and by 8:40 we were arriving in San Salvador. Charlotte wanted to go back by the fabric store we had gone to last week to get enough material to make a dress instead of the skirt she was going to make. We got there before 9 and they were not open yet so we went next door to Mister Do-nut and had a little breakfast then went to the fabric store and got the material. There was still time to kill so we went in the Selectos that was near the dentist and got a few things. Then we got to the dentist about 9:50 and Charlotte went back about 10:05. When she came out I asked her did it hurt and she said not then because of all the novocaine but it probably would later because he did a lot of drilling. The receptionist said if it was not hurting then it would probably hurt later BOY WAS SHE WRONG!!!  Charlotte said by mid afternoon it was hurting about the worst it ever had. We had a smooth trip on to the airport and got there about 11:45. We thought Caleb was supposed to arrive at 11:50 but the flight board said 12:54 so we sat down to wait. About 12:05 Charlotte said “There he is!!” and he was walking out. So the board was wrong. We went back to San Salvador for lunch and also stopped at Office Depot to buy a table to use for English classes in Juayua so we could give the one back we had been borrowing from the Ataco church. We had a smooth trip home and were planning to try to go to Juayua for the 5:00 home study but Charlotte said her mouth was hurting really bad. So we stayed home. At 7 Ricardo and Joli arrived with Lucky and we walked over to the pizza place for dinner. It was pretty good though Charlotte had to eat carefully. Ricardo said he was going to be 50 on Tuesday. I said when I turned 60 that it was hard on Charlotte to realize she was married to a man who was so old. Joli got quiet for a moment and then she said she was feeling sad now to realize she was married to a man who was fifty and we all laughed. They headed back about 8 and after some skyping to let the kids all know that Caleb had made it well we went to bed. Quite a day.
