We spent Saturday morning studying and getting ready for English class and other studies.  We were supposed to hear from Omar's father about looking at a house but never did.  He had gone with us some last Tuesday evening to look at a couple but he really only gets anything from it if the house is sold because of him and we want to rent.  He has helped some because of our association with Omar and his sisters but most everything he has shown us has been for sale and I think he keeps hoping we will buy so we probably are not going to bother him anymore.  Anyway, we are fine where we are.  It would be nice to have water in the kitchen but the main thing is not having a garage.  We are always somewhat concerned about the car sitting outside every night but also the roof is already beginning to crack in some small places due to the damage from the hot sun here and that will just spread.  I have a tarp I could put over it but it could be stolen the first day.  We left early before the class because we usually have a study with Nelson on Saturday before class.  He did not arrive until about 1:00 so we asked him if there might be a time during the week we could get together and he said Monday at 3:00 would be ok.  I told him the ac in the car was already not cold again and he said he would contact the man since he had brought him.  Disappointing but I am certainly not going to make an issue of it.  Carlos came at 1:30 but he was the only other one.  We are going to keep our class going until at least after our 3 weeks of English classes at the school here in Dec. but if we do not pick up any new students for Saturdays from that we may discontinue at least for a while.  After the English class we went to Jose and Kelly's.  Only he and the two kids were there, Kelly was working even though she has the chikungunya.  Two weeks ago we had studied baptism and I did a follow up on the urgency of baptism in the conversions in Acts and talked about why.  He had also said he wanted to be baptized but had some things he needed to change in his life first and I talked about Romans 5 and the verses on being weak, sinners and enemies of God when Jesus died for us.  He still was not willing to make any decision.  Kelly arrived about the time we were finishing up.  In our 5:00 service Cesar led a good class on the Lord's Prayer.
